Even with +ATK (instead of +DEF) IV he could get incredibly bulky. Works great for me. Question: Lukas: +Atk or +Def ?
You could give him Fury and a Speed Seal which bump up his SPD stat to 37. with just a Hone Armor… Question: Minus Attack Plus Speed Hardin Usable?
