With a refined Goodie Boot+ (Def), Cecilia can reach a HP of 43 with 33 Def and 36 Res for some good mixed bulk(without merges) and taken further by her weapon effect. Even stronger in an armor emblem team.

Slot A for Close Counter to allow enemy phase response.

Bold Fighter is necessary for player phase to augment her low speed while a QR3 seal allows her to have enemy phase retaliation.

For full enemy phase focus, Vengeful Fighter 3 works strongly and can be be supported further by a DD 3 or DM3 seal or other range protections seals for mage hate given the AR meta as of late.

Armored Boots or Armored March for movement.
