Hero Build Overview/Explanation

Chrom has a Spd+ boon to use this at maximum effect since this will revolve around turning garbage Spd into excellent spd. Sealed Falchion is used for its flexibility as he only needs to be under 100% health, while losing renewel and the health boost hurts, sealed helps him survive on his own without much support from allies. Atk/Spd Solo validates using Sealed over Refined and its well worth it due to +6 to his Atk and Spd which helps close that speed gap he needs to cover, I don't use brazen since using aether makes staying below 80% problematic at best, with only +1 additional points in both stats. Vantge is a given since striking first means that Chrom wont die from most dragons (Blue Tiki has mixed results of success and failure) with an Atk reaching close to 70 Chrom can one shot most of them as well. However another B Slot id recommend is Null Follow-Up since it allows Chrom to kill or at least fend off every tank in the game as bold/vengeful Fighter cant guarantee follow-ups and wary fighter cant stop Chrom from doubling the slow ones. (looking at you Surtr) dragons will be a bit more difficult to deal with though.
Infantry rush isnt a must, its just real good with infantry teams. So you can pretty much use whatever you need for him here. Heavy Blade is the best seal as you can get Aether of fast and Chroms high Atk will pretty much always get Heavy Blade off. Aether might be a bit of a bad mix since you need to have less then max health for maximum effect but it helps him sustain and depending on his health he wont get a max heal, especially if he uses it on someone with low health.
