Biggest Res stat of the barracks, tied with +10 Sheena, so probably most reliable user of Res Ploy. Have to go all in with base kit's enemy phase leaning as 24 speed hurts otherwise. Moonbow could be swapped for Glimmer or Glacies when QR is equipped. Thankfully Thani is busted.
