Arena buffer and account Avatar, using Flashing Blade Galeforce and Wings of Mercy. Warping and borrowing stats is handy in mixed teams and Rival Domains. Even Spd Wave or Spd Tactic is essentially the last piece of the build needed, but Hone Spd has been working just fine.
