Hero Build Overview/Explanation

When initiated on whilst under 80% health and with the link buff at 1 range, chroms defence and resistance go up to 58 and 44 respectively. Def/res link can be replaced with another skill like vantage if he is being used on a cavalry team, and attack smoke can be replaced with any other skill By preference.
This set gives attack and defences that can rival that of high teir armours, combined with cavalry movement, with just a small amount of set-up.
The res boon was chosen so that he can be more effective at fighting dragons, given that his weapon allows him to kill them easily.
