Hero Build Overview/Explanation

Used for Aether Raid. This build is about doubling down on her unique trait, utilizing her increased mobility to synergize with Blue Flame/Bond Skills.

Noatun + WoM opens more options for Anna to wrap to an adjacent spot of an ally, which makes meeting the requirement for the other skills much easier easy. In addition, this means her reach far exceeds that of a regular infantry unit and has somewhat unexpectable movement for defense purposes.

Lastly, with double bond skills, her combat stats change to 44 / 55 / 43 / 27 / 28, which is very respectable for damage output. And unlike most melee units, thanks to her ability to wrap around the field, it is easier to position allies to enable offensive usage of the bond skills.
