Zephiel still worthy to refine without DC?

Hope Hector wins the vote (myrrh was originally my priority for DC but she's +hp/-spd and zephiel looks to benefit greatly overall with it on top of his full build) but in the meantime I've been running fire boost and slapped on an HP seal to assure the +7 atk. Zelgius is in my RD team (main team in top of a fun theme) and BK is in my armor emblem so I've really wanted to put zephiel in a mixed team maybe guidance or something. I can equip swap or pivot at any time on him but I wanted to ask about this to any other zephiel fans. His entire build is just about complete (threaten atk 2 instead of 3 rn but it's whatever perhaps HP seal is overkill and he should have the panic ploy SS)
