Assuming all of these skills are accessible to you, here’s the 2 options:

ASSUMING HE IS FOR COMPETITIVE USE: support skill should be either pivot/swap for mobility OR a dual rally, A skill should be a breath skill, B skill should be left alone for highest scoring potential or swapped with bold fighter 3, C skill should be a ploy skill or a drive skill, and his seal should be QR3.

ASSUMING HE IS FOR CASUAL ONLY USE:
Pivot/swap, and the rest is at your discretion. QR seal would be good, or QR B skill. Fierce stance is solid on its own, up to you if you want to swap it. C skill depends on the team he’s in. If you opt to use QR B skill, seal can be whatever you want it to be.
