Zelgius and Wrath

How do I incorporate this into a build for him? I have neutral IVs at +3 and I'm not sure how I can use it. I know that wrath + black luna does a lot of damage, but I'm trying to find a way to use it properly. I'm running quick riposte 3 on him for the moment but want to use wrath. The QR Seal is unavailable as it is on Hardin. P.S. He is being run with Warding Breath.
