yup. this is a legendary banner.

I go in summoning on blues hoping to maybe get S!Cordelia or B!Hector. 5 summons later and out pops a Legendary Lucina, the one unit i didn't want from blue since i already have her with perfect iv's. I don't even want to summon on this banner anymore since i pretty much have no way of getting enough orbs now and i want to save the monthly quests for something more deserving (Christmas 2018). Not to mention that i'll probably just get another Lucina.
