You’ve got to be kidding me

Ok, so I’m a f2p player, and I’ve had the game for awhile. I’ve got pleanty of solid units (mind you, nothing extreme or past +3 merge). So here I am, checking out the new water blessing map. Ok, I remember this. Check out everyone’s stats. The lowest spd is 41? You’ve got to be kidding me. Look I know this is meant to be a challenge, but that’s just insane. Adding +6 to every units stats....

Anyways, my point being I need some help with the new water blessing garden. If anyone has any tips it would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, the inflated stats on some of the units in the maps (cringes at GHB maps) is extremely... I don't even.

I haven't done the new Water Blessing map, so I can't really say how to do it. Sorry.

I personally like the inflated stats. I'm also, mostly, a F2P player (bought that free BK + stuff for $5 a while back) who doesn't have anyone over +4, but the inflated stats are fun to me.

I mean we can mix and match our groups and keep trying new strategies, and the more challenging modes are simply more fun *because* they're more challenging.

Sure there's the odd annoying "let's put a blue mage here for the infernal difficulty just so they can't place a red unit there at the start cause fuck everyone," but even that just makes it so you can't use the same strategy on every single difficulty.

All in all a challenge is good, or else the game would be boring.

The worst part is you can't experiment like you can with GHBs. You only get so many blessings, so you're boned if your first couple teams fail.

So I don't really remember which of my units I used to beat it, but as I only have 5 total water-blessed heroes (excluding Fjorm, who I definitely didn't use), the picking was pretty limited.

My water blessing heroes are Zelgius, Lyon, Brave Lucina, NY Azura, and Amelia. I don't think I used Amelia in this one. None of them are merged.

I think I flat out just RKOed both Clarisse and Legion with my Danced Lyon - he has TA-3 and Axebreaker, which lets him ORKO Legion and then tank hits all day from Clarisse. I think I danced around Katarina until she was in strike range, and whacked her upside the head with Brave Lucina. Athena was the last to go - I remember her. My Lucina was too low on Hp to go head to head, so I just revolved around the lower mountain range chipping away at her with Lyon.

Essentially, Lyon won 75% of the match, when given a Dancer. Super budget build. Naglfar, Draw Back, Moonbow, Triangle Adept 3, Axebreaker 3, Drive Res 3, Quickened Pulse. The Quickened Pulse always makes sure he hits things like Legion with overkill power. Bring a Dancer to make up for the speed overkill - just focus weak points, like Clarisse's and Legion's Res and Katarina's physical def.

Sorry, can't give much advice besides that since I don't remember what I did that much, since I got it done right away.

Spoiled... Huh?

The whole point of Blessings is to put them on units for either the extra bonus (SP gain/buffs when used with Fjorm) or for the new Blessings maps. How is that spoiled? Not understanding.

I’m just joking around lol. I just mean that I’m frugal with Blessings, because I hoard them for if there’s some good hero that I pull and decide to build. Most of my good heroes have some blessing or another, it’s just that I literally have only like 4-5 heroes of each blessing other than the legendaries.

I hoard them too. I gave my blessings to different emblems. So water is my main 4 horse emblem, fire is my flier emblem, earth is my dragon emblem, and armor emblem is my last. I just chose my best team for each and rely on their +6 buffs to deal with the maps. So far haven't had to switch anything up or give a 5th blessing to anyone.
