I personally am going for Saber. The man was shafted the moment he got to Heroes and I have a feeling this refine will greatly improve him. Plus I kinda need new swords rn so he'll help out a lot. And he's the only 5 star exclusive on the banner. I'll have plenty of chances the others as they're more common but he's pretty rare so it's good to go for him when you can.
Shanna is coming second because that looks like the Wing Spear and you know that's gonna be powerful if it is. But I'm kinda hesitant because I really don't like Florina atm. She was complete dead weight in my recent playthrough of HHM so I've got a bit of a grudge with he right now.
Bartre is third because while I need new axes, I'm completely unsure of what his refine could even be so I may hold off on him.

Bartre is the only one I care about. I just 5*d a Bartre before it was announced that he was getting a refine, and I gave him some pretty expensive skills, so I'm hoping that his refine will be unique. A few people have said that he'll probably get the axe version of Nephenee's weapon, but I kinda hope that's not the case. I want something new, not reskinned.
But a refine is a refine. Even if the effective refine is lame, I can always keep Hack O'Lantern.
I just recently pulled a Saber (+Spd), I have a highly invested Catria (so the fliers don't appeal to me, though I did pull a terrible IV 5* Shanna off those daily banners), so I guess Saber is my priority, but depending on the refine I might invest in a nice bushy Mustache.
Definitely Saber. Somehow I was able to pull 2 of him within the span of a couple weeks and he could really use the boost.
Shanna too. She was the first unit I ever promoted to 5 Stars, but now my Heroes list has grown to the point that she ended up falling behind hard. Hopefully she'll get some time to shine again.
