Your Favorite Artist?

Just wanted to dedicate a post to the artists and their amazing work.
The question is pretty straightforward; who's your favorite artist and why? Did he/she actually draw your fave character right? (*cough* looking at you, Lloyd) Or do you just like their style?
I personally like:
1.) Kozaki Yusuke
2.) Yamada Kotaro
3.) Maiponpon
4.) Asatani Tomoyo

I've only kept track of voice actor names, but whoever did the art on the LA units did a fantastic job. My all-time favourites I think. Winter's Envoy axes also very nice. And NY units.

I agree with you; LA!Hector's art is pretty amazing. Love the way that Chrom and Lissa were drawn too. Not really a fan of Tharja's art however...

I don't see the big deal about Lloyd's art. The drawing itself is really good, albeit the portrayal is something else (yes it looks like he's on that pre-hab). They're also the one that drew Charlotte, which is one of my favourite arts.

- Yura comes to mind (Subaki, Sonya, Niles).
- The person who drew Libra. Easy.
- kipu draws adorable loli-fied women who aren't actual lolis (Ninian and her adorable big eyes and head)
- The person who drew Tana drew her especially sexy. She has like this light tan that looks great and her normal pose is just all kinds of SASS.
- Sanaki's first art. While the person's work isn't among my favourites, I have a special fondness in the way they captured her. Very true to her character.
- Valentine Lyn's art is incredibly sexy for me for some reason. Guess the dress does that for me...

The "problem" is that Lloyd has a hideous mouth and looks like a drug addict lmao. Sanaki looks like a blank slate to me, it's like staring at a brick wall. But, I suppose it does capture her character.
The ylissean travelers have amazing art though. Libra and Sumia's arts are crisp and I'm glad to see that Akira's improved IMO.
Just seeing Libra's art for the first time made me want to build him/her, but I still haven't managed to summon one yet.

Got multiple faves. In no particular order:

1) HACCAN. Really like their Nephenee art.
2) Daisuke Izuka, whi I recall has done prior work with FE? They had a very good Minerva and BK.
3) Miyajima Haru. I'm glad they did justice with my favorite FE unit, Soren, although their Libra looks just as good.
4) maiponpon, who did a pretty good Lucina.
5) HAKO. They really did justice with Felicia.
6) Amagaitaro. Their Myrrh art really suits the character.

Thanks for bringing up Felicia. I pay a lot of attention to her myself (she is my merge project), and I noticed the difference between her Fates presentation and her appearance here. The Fates artist made her wide-eyed and seemingly kind of innocent to a certain degree; HAKO seems to have a different take which also fits with the English voice acting.

I like Chiko (both Micaiah variants and Female Grima), Yamada Kotaro (L!Lucina and B!Lyn), and Wada Sachiko.

HACCAN is definitely my favorite. I love the details. I love the muted colors. I love the poses and expressions. I love NephNeph.

Other notable mentions:
Wada Sachiko. All of their work is gorgeous. All of it.
Amagaitaro. While I can't say the same for most of their damaged arts, they did a darn good job with default portraits and attack art. It's bright and cutesy and kind of flashy and it works for characters done in that style, particularly Genny and Myrrh.
