your 5* healers

anyone else have any 5* healers that they've built that could benefit from the new healer update?

I upgraded this Azama to 5* with +def/-atk and after i finished building him, i only ever used him in the training tower. I can't wait for pain+ and martyr+ so i could use him in things like tempest trials.

I also have a 5* sakura +HP/-Atk from a free summon a while back that I planned to give atk smoke from b.lyn for synergy with fear but ended up with a pain/savage blow build because she couldn't inherit the skill.

both of them are waiting for dazzling staff but for now i use vantage/renewal and dare i say i use both of them as tanks especially because sakura has fortress def. They both play kind of like armor units with armor march active and fear+ will help my sakura's bulk even more.

barely lmao but every now and then it saves him by letting him charge up miracle before getting hit. If i don't manage to get dazzling staff on him, i do want to give him quick riposte for charging miracle

Ah i see...i thought that maybe u pained them down to 1 hp and then kod them with vantage lol

I kind of admire the dedication with giving him CC, but I honestly think that fortress def makes his wall role a bit stronger.

I'm not sure about Vantage, because you'll only do damage after the combat, so the point of Vantage is wasted (?). edit: took too much time to write this.

Here's my almost vanilla Bridal Lyn, she is -atk +def (only got those IV) so I put Fortress Def on her to make her bulkier. She tank pretty well thanks to her high speed. I use her in every TT with Ninian and B!Cordelia and a bonus hero. I can do easily the highest difficulty with this team.

Priscilla! Looking forward to her being able to contribute something to my horse team other than just sitting there to Hone everyone. Also Mist, as mine is +atk and it looks like the new healing staves will finally be giving healers a reason to have an attack stat even without Wrathful Staff. I'm also slowly working on a 4*+10 Azama just because I love the crap out of him as a character, and I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of upgrades he can get from the new staves!

if you're hoping to use his new skills it might be better to have him as a 5* instead of a 4*+10 lol

You're right, I wasn't thinking about that when I posted the above, but I'm f2p, I'd sooner promote a spare to 5* and merge him back down. The feather cost isn't worth it to me to 5*+10 him. He's not THAT good a unit. ;)

I've promoted a +Spd -Def Sakura and a +Spd -HP Maria to use on my Fates and Flier teams when I run them on Chain Challenges and TT, so this new update is going to be pretty good for them. I'm also interested on eventually promoting a Clarine and Azama (both +Spd) to use for my pony and armor emblem teams.

Just need wraithful staff and a live to serve seal.

Got Priscilla, Bridal Lyn, and Maria at 5*, and I'm sure they'll appreciate the update. I feel that the staff update may convince me to consider upgrading my staff units to 5*. Only time I did that was to feed a spare Lissa's Renewal to Lucina for a Medicina build.

I sent my 5* Lachesis home :( I had a 5* Lissa my dumb ass promoted back when I was new to the game, sent her home as well. Currently have a 4*+4 Priscilla I might consider upgrading, as she will be part of my 4th Horse Emblem team. I also have a Genny waiting to be fed to someone, but I might consider just using one if I pull a +atk one when she comes back on the banner.

You just wasted a vantage and a close counter.

Healers were always useful for Trials, even if they're level 1 (preferably with Rehab).

I have 3 5* healers I got from banners, and it's not like the update will make much of a difference unless they get specific IVs AND Wrathful Staff (which I don't have).

As things are, Azama has always been arguably the best.

Having a 5* healer upgraded, in my opinion, it's useless. Also, wasting a Takumi and Reinhardt to give him a more ofensive set is really strange...
Anyway, my only three 5* healers are Maria (useless due to her set and IVs), Priscilla (my main healer) and Sakura (building up rn).
