Young Tiki build (-atk + res)

I know bad IVs ! Was wondering on doing a crazy windsweep build with dark breath, darting blow and phantom speed, she has decent defenses and could pull it off. Alternatively I could go the tried and true enemy phase with lightning breath (forge it to be +atk to offset the atk loss, but I have no steady breath available)
