Young Tiki and Breath of Fog refines

Thanks to the last legendary banner I've got myself a +atk -hp +3 Young Tiki. I eventually want to do the lightning breath+ steady breath combo but since I probably won't be pulling a Brave Ike off focus anytime soon I was wondering if any of the refines for breath of fog are any good and which ones would be best to give my Young Tiki in the meantime. Or, if it's simply not worth it and if I should just give her lightning breath+. I'm hesitant to do that because I'm trying to +10 my Adult Tiki (she's my main unit and has carried me through everything, currently a +4 with 3 extras ready to merge as soon as I get the feathers.) and I only have one Nowi that I was planning on building off of (4*, given a blessing and got to level 40 but she has meh ivs and I've not done anything else with her yet.) but if it's not even worth doing breath of fog I will probably kill the Nowi for her. I was thinking maybe a speed refine for breath of fog but that atk/def+5 one looks pretty nice (especially for me, considering my strongest units are my Adult Tiki and Grima (M).) Thoughts?

Imo its not really woth the divine dew if its just to have it on her in the meantime tbh....

According to my play style I actually prefer lightning breath on +spd Y.Tiki (even with the low atk issue) and Breath of Fog +eff on +atk A.Tiki (aiming for OHKO; death blow if aiming to settle for player phase and fury or distant counter to try to maintain some enemy phase).

Y.Tiki still hits reasonably hard with Breath of Fog effect refine, especially if she's +atk, enough to one-shot most dragons except Nowi, but to me the big sell on Y.Tiki is that she's faster and has better mixed bulk than A.Tiki, which to me means she's a more versatile tank who amplifies her tanking potential by avoiding doubles. I did some calculations about one-shotting dragons and shared them on some other question about a +spd Y.Tiki; you might like to read that.

If you want to give your Y.Tiki lightning breath I would wait to pull another Nowi and just use her with non-refined Breath of Fog and death blow 2 for now. (Have some Hawkeye or Effie that you wouldn't mind "wasting"?) Or just give her the breath skill you plan to use in the long run and accept the damage reduction, but it does tip matchups so make sure there's a drive atk or something she can receive from the team.
