Hows my Waifu Emblem? In all seriousness tho, anything I should do to improve it? This is my preffered team right now, my box just kinda sucks being filled with super unoptimal ivs and such

It helps if you can give us the skills and IVs of all of your units, but right off the bat, your +Atk / -Spd Helbindi is looking pretty nice.

If you can afford to do so, consider switching Guard for Quick Riposte so that you can put Distant Def or Close Def on him. His bulk is really nice and so is Guard (since he does come with it at default), but it might not be such a bad idea to bolster it even further since he seems to be the only tanky unit on your team.

Celica:
Because your Helbindi already has Infantry Pulse, Quickened Pulse isn't necessary on her. With her Royal Sword, she can already proc Draconic Aura in her first round of combat as long as she has an ally nearby. You should switch her seal for something like Atk +3 or Spd +3 to boost her offensive capabilities.

Alternatively, you can opt for Firesweep Sword+ if you are fine with ditching her Prf weapon. She is guaranteed to attack safely and has the potential to quad uninterrupted with Double Lion. (In that case, the Special should be switched back to Galeforce so that she can retreat after attacking, with the seal being Flashing Blade or Heavy Blade rather than Atk +3 or Spd +3.)

Genny:
I personally prefer Gravity+ (Dazzling refine) with Savage Blow 6 because I love being able to stop the enemies from moving while chipping them down slowly from afar. Still, Genny's current set is still really good and doesn't have to be changed.

Azura:
Nothing more to say. She's fine as is.

While I think that the Firesweep set is her best set (especially since your team has a Dancer and Healer), I personally like her Royal Sword set because I rather play with the Prf Weapons that she come with. (Royal Sword isn't bad in its own right, either.)

I would leave the royal sword alone. It is way better than Fire Sweep. I would probably give Celica the close defense seal to help her servive the enemy phase since she will have already lost a little bit of HP during the player phase.

In seriousness, I think you have a very reasonable team. I would actually recommend some kind of vantage shenanigans since you have Genny and a dancer. B.Celica is not the preferred candidate because her atk is actually kind of low without death blow 4; you have +spd which is extremely good and she should probably capitalize on that rather than try to go for atk. Helbindi is an excellent candidate.

Do you have +atk on M.Grima or A.Tiki or some kind of manakete?

Sorry I'm late with the reply. If you see this, what I meant is that you can put vantage on someone with a DC weapon and a huge atk stat such as M.Grima, add brazen atk/def (and soon, brazen atk/res as well at the same time) and your opponents who have suffered savage blow will all die to vantage.
