It probably has to do with the file name since it's just a screencap from my tablet, probably shares a file name with a posted Olwen somewhere here,

Impressive numbers there once you uncover her. ^_^ I'm thinking about promoting one of my Nowis to 5* and one option is +Atk -HP (the other +Spd). I guess yours does a lot of work on player phase?
