PvE maps aren't accurate in terms of stats a lot of the time, at least depending on the level.

I love that reciprocal aid tho. I feel bad for whoever she attempts to "heal" with it. It's like the random hero creating AI that IS is using knows that it's insane.

I fought this Lilina back in May in the Training Tower.

Lowest legal HP for her at level 40 is 31, so yep, the unit generator is cheating. :p

I fought a Sothe with a grand total of 4 Defense not too long ago. Sometimes the unit generator wants to screw everyone up, even the AI.

I'm not 100% sure about this, but I believe the stat randomizations in the Training Tower vary by around -10/+10 for each stat, including calculations for IVs.
