The better to meme his speed with. But -hp is pretty much neutral so alls good. I’m so happy he came just in time to enjoy the new year with him. Legend says if you train him to 40 before the new year he will bring you good luck on future banners

Workable spd. He has always 30 spd, which is not so bad. For example, You can Double users of wary fighter If You have bold fighter, and have 5 more spd than then.
