I'm thinking yes because my Jeorge is +5 and the sanaki I pulled is minus atk so shes garbage.

I say no because the 30% reduction on the bow gives poor value for the res. Plus, I tend to find his spd a bit sketchy low so I like extra spd on the A-skill

I'm suggesting, for example, that you get better value out of def than out of res. You don't get 30% reduction when hit by an arrow or a shuriken. You would need the def more than you would need the res.

If you're focusing him against mages I actually think OHKO is your best option and add vantage because I don't especially like his ability to tank multiple hits on his res. Stacking his res into the 30s does work, but I think you're better off stacking the def and still better off, for example, going brazen atk/def + vantage. A lot of ranged units are squishy in def.

l would definitely use a speed increasing A slot if I were you. base 32 is too low even with a boon. he will more than likely get doubled by fast mages if its left like that. the extra res won't really help that much since the 30% damage reduction from Parthia is smaller than it seems. he will be able to tank a magic hit with res boosts or not but he can not become a mage TANK even with investment.

He is best as an offensive archer so I would recommend only focusing on attack and speed.
