Xander or Julia?

I have a fully decked out Xander and +Spd -Res Julia, and they both can be excellent members of my team... but which one should I use? The other team members are Camus, Reinhardt, and Hector.
If Xander is used, I create a mini Horse Emblem + Hector, which actually works quite well.
If Julia is used, she can be used to check green mages with her GTBr, and just do what Julia's do.
This is, of course, going to be my arena (def.) team...

You're currently using 2 blues and a green. Xander is definitely the way to go

Go Xander. His stats and DC weapon are great to look forward to when he's promoted as well.

Your Julia isn't all that bad honestly. Having +Speed give her 4 more points instead of 3, so she'll hit 30 to prevent her from getting doubled by some of the slower units in the game. Do try to raise her as well if possible.

For arena Defense Team, just use Julia (as lead), then Xander, Rein, Camus.
Since having horse will led people to believe you're running horse emblem, and having Hector as leader people will think you're running armor emblem, and... yeah.
Julia's a safe bait.

If you want higher arena defense score, just use a bonus unit.
