I'm assuming this is a HS!Xander, he has one of the best boons (The other being +Def), since his Res is so low, you should definitely keep him away from Mages/Healers as they will instantly defeat him. You can go with a budget build and go with his Default kit or change his A Skill for Death Blow or Sturdy Blow which then will OHKO Cavalry units.
