W!Tharja dilemma

Planning to summon for fodder, but as usual, fodders have some excellent IV. +atk -hp... is it worth keeping eventhough I already have a decent amount of red mages? Can I say that +atk means nothing and the important IV is a spd bane with any boon (not for arena btw)? Or should I put a mask on her and turn her into some even more 18+ character?

W Tharja is the best red mage at a lot of things. You don't need to invest into her at all, just give her Glacies and watch her wreck everyone. +ATK/-HP is a great IV and I wouldn't recommend foddering, Grima has Vengeful Fighter in the regular summoning pool if you need it down the line.

With investment she can be an absolutely broken player phase unit also. Give Raourblade, Bold Fighter, and Armored Boots for tons of damage.

Yeah but Grima is my arena core so I will be looking for merges instead of foddering him off, not sure about the broken L!Hector. VF is going to be important for my merge project, but I feel like foddering off this IV will haunt me forever, not to mention I know she can outperform nearly all my current red mages. For non-arena usage, do you think that -spd with a boon in any of the other stats except hp will be better?

lol 18+

-HP isn't bad. She has great bulk aside and with ward armor support or defense seals, she's incredible on enemy phase. I use this IV in my core arena team .

I can attest to her being the best enemy phase red mage and definitely worth using. Incredible bulk with a great base kit, as above, just add Glacies for a cheap improvement or Aether for a more expensive one. She's my heavy hitter for Grand Conquests with +HP -Spd, Rauðrblade+, Aether, CC, VF, Armor March and Atk Smoke seal backed up by LA!Hector with Fortify Armor. She's tanked and killed Reinhardts.

I guess the question is more like: she is great, I don't need her in arena but yes for AA, the problem is that I also need a VF fodder quite badly... I built a H!Henry which I planned to fodder off for Armor March because he had excellent IV, and I regretted it because now I can't let go of him for my arena core...

That's her second best spread, so I would recommend keeping her. I actually pulled one with perfect IVs this morning and she's an enemy phase monster against anything that isn't blue.
