W!Robin Keep or Fodder?

So last night I pulled my first W!Robin and he's +Res -Def. I think those IV's are pretty good since it puts him in the 175 BST bin and doesn't kill his offenses. The issue here is that I also want to fodder him off very badly for Brazen Atk/SPD or Tannenboom!+, since those are both exclusive to him at the moment. I'm just really not sure which choice is better, and I'd like to hear what you guys think the best course of action is here.
