Wrath+Slaying

Say you had Moonbow with Wrath and Slaying Edge equipped on some character, and their HP is under 75%, so Wrath activates. Moonbow becomes ready, and that character double the enemy (say it's a mage that can't fight back). Does Moonbow proc twice, because the CD is nothing? Or does it only proc once on the first hit?

Should only proc once, but will be ready after combat.

Wrath's cooldown reduction occurs only once at the begin of the turn.

You'll only get one Moonbow proc on your first hit, then charge up Moonbow back to full on the second, assuming that the enemy doesn't die after the first hit.

Moonbow will activate on the first hit, but if your opponent retaliates, it will recharge for a second hit.

This combination is why Ayra can be so deadly with Regnal Astra - all she needs is an infantry pulse, and she'll hit you with the special; if you retaliate and you don't have guard, you're getting a second one with the +10 from wrath.
