Wrathful staff from Veronica to Clarine

I have a perect IV Clarine, ( +Spd - Def) and I wondering If I should give it to her.
Her current build is:
Dazzling Pain +
Martyr + (Could be Recover + too)
Miracle

A: Speed +3 ( Close Counter or Atk/Res +2)
B: Wrathful Staf ( Wings of Mercy)
C: Savage blow
Seal: Savage blow

Considering that she is easy to merge, is it worth?

Depends on Veronica's IVs and if she is your only copy.
Nothing wrong with giving it to Clarine, though.

Is Clarine going to be a plus 10 merge? If not I’m against it. Veronica is much better offensively and she has both dazzling and wrathful built in and increases her allies offenses and defenses.

If it's your merge project go ahead, but i think is a better idea to fodder other unit like genny, she is more likely to return in a legendary banner, and doesnt have close guard like veronica.

Better to inherit Windfire Balm or Close Guard, and try and get Wrathful or Dazzling from someone else. If you pull a Genny you'll regret sacrificing Veronica.
