Wrathful issues...

In the last Legendary Banner I found 3 gennys. I foddered the first two to my Genny+2, but with the third I thought on keep in order to wait one good staff to give him Wrathful staff. So, I have ona pair of questions:

- In your opinion, what staff do you think is worth to invest? (Apart from Elise, who is more difficult to obtain)
- What do you think about the Dazzling-Wrathful combination? Could run fine without one of these skills?
