Wrath Zelgius

So I finally got a good fodder from the cooldowns banner, since I was looking for either Steady Breath, Wrath, or both for my Zelgius. It was a +Hp -Spd Nephenee, perfect for foddering to him.

Now I have a Wrath Zelgius, but then I realized something: I have no idea what to do with it. What does a Wrath Zelgius run? What kind of team does it go on? Wrath is such a good skill yet also so weird - I know it's good on Zelgius, and is in the optimal build recommendation, but I have no idea what I'm doing. I don't even have a fully built armor team yet, although I guess I could almost build one now.

I'm a little hesitant to give him QR-3 seal because my Nowi uses it, with Guard 3, so if I gave it to Zelgius I'll have to save up to put QR-3 on Nowi. Doable, just a minor annoyance. My Zelgius is +Atk -Res.

Question time!

1. What kinds of builds would be good for Wrath Zelgius?
2. Should I put Zelgius on my Arena Offense team? Right now I've been swapping between him, Lyon, and Soleil. Zelgius is powerful, but I'm afraid he won't merge well enough (as a mostly FTP player). Lyon has range, which is nice. Soleil has a strong build (Galeforce) and good mergability.

1. Steady Breath Aether is a good way to go. I use the same thing on my Fae and she's a self-sustaining brute(but she does also have QR seal, soo...)
2. That depends on whether you are attempting to simply stay T18-19, flip flop between 19 and 20, or you're aiming to shoot the moon and stay T20. If it's the first, absolutely. If it's the second, just make sure he has some teammates with a few merges. If you're shooting the moon, stick with Soleil, as you need a lot of merges to stay T20, and Zelgius just isn't likely to do that.

Well, the QR seal seems worthwhile, so I'll take a look at it. I'm a little concerned because of his lower Res stat, but it will probably work.

I'm already staying in T18-19, so I think I'd like to waver between 19 and 20 sometimes. Just for the prestige laughs. Right now, my other two team members are Nowi (pretty mergeable) and Dorcas (not so mergeable but he's my only DC Green unit). So I'll have to wait and see about the teammates.

Steady Breath + Wrath is amazing. I’ve been running it on Black Knight for quite awhile. It’s more of an enemy phase build, but that’s exactly what I wanted for my Ward Armor team. Black Luna is readied quickly, and with the help of the extra damage from Wrath it lets you win so many lopsided matches. BK felt “ok” before I inherited SB + Wrath, afterwords he felt like a monster
