Wrath in enemy phase

I normaly play very defensivly/enemy phase oriented, using a skill that requires Units to be hurt is i bit counter intuitv for me, also i often bring a healer.
What builts could you suggest for an enemy phase unit using wrath?

Some context might help. Why do you want to go enemy phase necessarily?

i find myself struggeling using squishy player phase units, also on some maps the only viable way to get around is to bait out single units, while sending in a powerful 1 hit wonder might end in the units death once its enemy phase

aye, sure but i have wrath fodder and dont really know what to do with it so i thought maybe someone could give me a hint on how to use it with enemy phase units

There's a dual phase build I can offer.
Ogma +spd -res
Wo dao+spd
Noontime (which he comes with)
Spd/def 2, or spd/def bond, or brazen atk/def, or you could even just use spd+3 and maybe switch to a def refine
Wrath
Atk smoke (or spd smoke or infantry pulse or panic ploy or whatever you want)
Spd+3 probably. Or maybe atk+3.

Selena miku
I am not the creator of that build, thx Lu Bu Xian on youtube. It is both affordable and strong.
The basis is a +spd -hp selena.
Give her:
Wo dao + spd
Reposition
Steady breath and distant counter
Wrath ( equip according to the situation)
A good C skill (enemy debuff prefered)
Ignis
Enjoy. Expensive for a f2p or p2p player, but totally worth it. With the right seal for the fight, you have one one the strongest enemy phase unit. +10 her if you can.

Wo dao can be upgraded in many way. I typed too fast and i typed spd. I dunno the real 'lu bu" built on this aspect for me, i went for +def.

Ok no debating, in the video where he features her it really is +spd -HP, which is probably what I would do myself. But I recall him specifically saying keep her res, and if anything, drop atk. Probably at the end of some other video, but I can't remember which.

You are not wrong on this : He says keep her res because there is a terrible trend people tend to listen to on this site. One of many actually, since i cannot count the number of terrible advices i saw here. That you should drop res unless it is a high attribute. An all or nothing approach. Which is not a good one.
Res is important. It is important vs dragons ( a common emblem and pve enemy) and vs mages ( likewise). So Lu Bu said to keep her res, in a way to say " do not take a -res IV".
Because Selena is not only a good physical tank: like Sheena, she is an goid hybrid tank. Unlike Hector, she actually can tank mages. Thats why she can be so strong. It is a very important quality for an enemy phase unit. To strike back, you need to survive. Whatever the enemy.

And because she kills with Ignis. You tank until ready, then kill in one hit with your special.

And she hits like a baby . Until she unleashes her special. +10 from wrath. +10 from wo dao. Add the def% from ignis. Test it and witness its efficiency. Hint: it works. The girl even tank and kill blue units with close counter seal and steady breath.

With Slaying edge and Steady breath she will always activate Aether in the second hit in the enemy phase, atk and spd smoke are there in case I want her to take multiple hits on enemy phase, Wrath helps when her hp is low to recover more from Aether

it's actually depends on your specials, since wrath work pretty much on both phase.
wrath can work good on almost any unit with fast special.
stuffs like
slaying weapon, moonbow, DC, wrath combo will pretty much ruins someone life, or if you dont care about range, you can do slaying breath wrath luna/bonfire/iceberg/sol.
if you want more damage, you can go wodao breath wrath moonbow.
theres also unit like fir/karel who has slaying wodao weapon.
