Wrath

Does wrath always make your special do more damage, or only if they are below the hp threshold?

I'm 85% sure you have to be below or at the threshold for it to deal more damage.... don't quote me on that, though. Never used Wrath.

I am 100% sure it has to be below the threshold It does seem that if you take an attack while above, and that makes you drop below, it will activate on your counter if your special procs.

As long as the unit is below the HP threshold when their special would activate, it gets +10 damage.
