Would you rather Eirika RL IVs

Looking to build an Eirika Restoration Lady up. Would you rather go with a Neutral IV Eirika or one with +att-def?

Depends on the team.

If she needs to have significant offensive output, +atk -def is an easy pick.
If someone else on the team is giving her def tactic, +atk -def is probably the way to go
If someone else on the team is giving her atk tactic, neutral might be fine because a third member of the team is probably also receiving atk tactic, which Sieglinde will convert into another +6, giving Eirika 54 atk without A-skill or seal.
