Mm, I'd sooner pass on her staff than her B, regardless of who it is you end up giving it to. But that's just me, you do you, boo.

I would too for sure. Shutting down counterattacks is devastating especially in the current DC/dragon-heavy meta. Enemy phase units and builds are becoming so popular.
I don't think this Clarine even needs the dazzle unless she's afraid of QR hitting her back. Then you should refine for dazzle unless you're bent on killing your bullseye, in which case there's no second riposte anyways. So refine for dazzle instead of wrath?

Well, she's not Serra but will appreciate your gifts. The mobility and Cavalry boosts are an upside too. Go for it.

Oh, Daily's argument for Candlelight instead of DazzStaff is sort of valid... but do you have any Sheep to fodder WrathStaff? If not, then consider that you can combine various other staves refined for Wrathful with the B skill (Pain, Gravity probably most obvious) but with Candlelight you're stuck with one refinement. It's powerful support effect, sure. Don't rush into it, whatever you decide.

Personally, no I wouldn't. She doesn't have the attack to make Wrathful Staff as useful as it should be. Focus on the Pain and Savage Blow effects with a dazzling staff upgrade to Pain+. I would just run that and maybe Renewal or a breaker skill in B or something.
