Would W!Eirika Be A Viable Mixed Phase Unit?

Swapping out Joyous Lantern with any of the other staffs with a Wrathful refine, one's choice of a Player Phase A skill/CC, Bold Fighter, a C skill according to the team and a Quick Riposte seal.

While she lacks the mobility one would normally see in staves, she trades that in for the potential of being a potent combatant. What are your thoughts?

I forgot to mention that this is under the assumption that she has the right statline; Solid offenses and defences with a completely dumped SPD stat.

Hmm. I think that really matters on her stats.
We can't say much about for now.

Too soon to tell, eirika tends to be a speedy unit and healers don't have as high bst. Just wait and hope the stats are in the right place. Dazzling might hint her being squishy.

The thing about staves currently is that they either are stupidly busted (legendary staves like Veronica's) or they're just lackluster (the only viable one is the pain savage blow combo).
Even if Eirika gets bold fighter, I don't think her staff lets her kill anyone except -res Ogma or Black Knight, with the low 10 mt limit on non- legendary staves.
But maybe IS gives her 41 attack and she can screw everyone over :)))) (Yes, I still hate Veronica)

We need to see her stats, but just from kit alone, she might best fit with a Dazzling Refine instead of B with a Wary Fighter is the B slot. I think that survival on support units is more important the being aggressive, but if she can be aggressive, it's an added bonus.
