Would a -spd Summer Tiki (Young) still be optimal?

I managed to summon a Summer Loli Tiki, but unfortunately she’s got the opposite ivs I wanted (+HP, -spd). Would she still function well even with a speed superbane?

She can still function, she's just limited in how much she can actually do with her speed compared to what she could do with neutral.

Not that big of a deal, really. She just requires more help from her teammates. Luckily, Hone Fliers and things like Drive Spd exists.

She's not going to be optimal with her worst possible IV, no unit can be. But she's still decent with Quick Riposte, so use her if you need her on a team and don't have a strong replacement.
