Would non L!Young Tiki be able to weapon refine into her legendary forms Mist Breath?

Regular Ephraim is able to weapon refine Siegmund into Flame Siegmund from his legendary form, so why not? That's what i'm waiting for because L!Tiki's weapon is what should have been Young Tiki's in the first place
