would gronnowl boost Iceberg damage?

I was wondering if buffs affect it. Also does luna cut into buffs?

Iceberg, bonfire and the like have all forms of buffs, visible and invisible, considered in their calculations. So if you have for example a Sigurd using Bonfire and he gets a Fortify Cavalry and a Spur Defense(so +10 defense between the two) at the time it initiates, it will do 5 damage more than what it would do without those boosts.

In answer to the second part of your question, Luna cuts into your buffs only during the calculation in which it activates. So the Luna would cut your Def to determine the damage you would take from it, but your defense would remain intact for the purposes of Bonfire.
