Would Anyone Benefit From a Deft Harpoon?

I have in and spent another 40 orbs on Legendary banner before it ended and got another Summer Robin bringing this banners 5* haul up to +Atk Sanaki, bad Performing Azura, bad Robin and now +Spd -Res Robin.

I'm not sure whether to keep the new +Spd -Res to better her physical melee performance or my existing +Spd -Def for dragon fighting as she is my highest Res lance after Fjorm. Any thoughts welcome on that but I'm also wondering if any other character would can make good use of spare Deft Harpoon from the bad IV one.

Oscar works pretty well with a speed refined Deft Harpoon. The biggest problem, imo, is that refined slaying weapons grossly outclass pretty much everything else. Offensive units who make use of every stat are good candidates.

honestly, deft harpoon literally gets outclassed by tannenboom now (and other weapons too), so there is no reason to fodder her, i would just merge her, or keep her if you are in desperate need of reposition

Yeah, that was my thinking. I'll merge the two new ones into my +Spd -Def so she can help deal with blue and red dragons in Arena Assault.
