Worth promoting F! Robin to 4*?

Is it worth it for me to promote my 3* Female Robin to 4?

I have no other green mages, and having a way to deal with cavalry would be quite useful.

My current team is Ryoma (5*) Male Robin (4*), Camilla (4*) and Ephraim (5*), if that makes any difference.

Cav is not common enough in the current meta to warrant a specific counter. Robin's key feature is actually to one-round kill Linde, but she's likely unable to manage even that until 5*.
