Worth or fodder?

I feel like you should wait at least a month or so to see if any red unit comes out that REALLY wants firesweep sword. Hana already uses wo dao or brave sword to great effect.
As for Soleil herself, I honestly dont have her and my initial thoughts on her were that she's just a melee player phase infantry unit and therefore not that good. But I would be happy to have her sword to give to someone else when that candidate shows up (probably a cav/flier unit)
