Worth invest dew into?

I just got a -spd +res saber, which is one of the worst ivs that you could get. I kinda like him and I won't fodder him unless I get a second copy (Collecionist syndrom), but with 30 spd he will be doubled by everything.

Should I just go for it and refine his weapon or wait till I get a better one? (I won't be summoning on this banner anymore) I already have tanky sword users, so is not like im missing a char with his role

Entirely up to you. If you're going to use him quite a bit even with the IVs you have, refine. If you're not, don't refine.

Darting Stance seal to try and save him? Otherwise you should probably wait. Not worth the waste of dew if you don't need him.
