Worst Weapon + Refinement I've Ever Seen?
Draconic Poleax - If unit has weapon-triangle advantage, boosts Atk by 20%. If unit has weapon-triangle disadvantage, reduces Atk by 20%.
Refine - At start of turn, grants Res +6 to allies within 2 spaces for 1 turn. Granted only if number of that ally's movement type on current team less than, or equal to, 2.
I guess I have to correct myself. The refinement isn't even bad, but on a GEM weapon?! Intelligent Systems, what in the hell? I don't even use Titania and my level of disappointed has sky-rocketed to astronomical levels.
I think I'm more disappointed in this new weapon and refine than I was seeing a 5th Lyn. I don't think I've ever facepalmed this hard.

IS has been investing into tactic teams recently. I would actually argue that Titania becomes a good support unit - she's mobile; she shuts down blues quite hard; and as people have started to point out, she can triple-tactic. The 16-mt weapon helps her lower atk; I might even accept a bane to preserve her bulk and speed, since this is a TA thing. Give her DC to punish all the mages (Reinhardt, Linde, Delthea, Ishtar, Tailtiu, Mae, even LA Lyn), lancebreaker to mess up armour skills or axebreaker/G tome breaker to look for more coverage, atk tactic (because she relies on TA+breaker) or spd tactic, and def tactic.
I like that they're trying to get gem weapons a serious place. I don't know if they've done a good job this time, but I'm willing to give them a few tries before I get frustrated.
Here's an adjusted version of a team I strategy-crafted yesterday:
Titania
Draconic poleaxe +eff
Reposition
Moonbow
Brazen atk/def
Lancebreaker
Atk tactic
Def tactic
Eirika
Sieglinde +eff
Reposition
Moonbow
Distant counter
Chill spd, axebreaker, or QR
Spd tactic
Spd smoke
Tailtiu
Blarblade
Swap
Glimmer
Fury
Desperation
Some drive or maybe def ploy
Spd+3 (or another drive/ploy)
S.Kagero
Barb shuriken +spd
Reposition
Moonbow
Brazen atk/spd
Desperation
Atk smoke

I agree. She's much better than they make her out to be. Most of the terrifying mages are Blue Tomes, so giving her dc is a great way to get rid of Rein, Ishtar, Linde, Delthea, etc. Using tripple tactics also leaves two teammates' c slots open, in a way backing you up even further. I'm actually happy about this, as she can be a great support unit instead of another offensive powerhouse.

I'm completely fine with the refine effect. The fact that it's on a legendary gem weapon, however, is where my disappointment lies. They could've given her a new weapon with a new effect, or even made it to where she deals more than 20% increased damage on weapon advantage, or the 20% reduced damage was increased to something like 10% or 5% reduced damage, but to pretty much copy and paste a Gem-weapon (one of the most disappointing weapons in my opinion) for a prf weapon is extremely....
Eh.

I know a lot of people thought it was going to be a calvarly/dragon or armor effect (which would've been great) but im guessing they didn't go with the calvary effect because Gerome's pole axe already seems popular on her and it would've been disappointing for people who already inherited and refined the pole axe to her... but... that gem weapon effect is just as equally disappointing too. I'll still try it out anyways
Gotta say, I had put off for awhile on refining Katarina's basic owltome before her legendary weapon was announced.. good thing I never wasted refining rocks on that thing. Now i'm more wary about refining inheritance weapons on non-seasonal 5* units

It might have felt better if it was a tactic skill that wasn't already a seal. Spd Tactic would be too much, but Atk Tactic seems reasonable.
The gem weapon might have been interesting with a boosted rate like 25% to make it standout as a non-eff refinable weapon outside of the attack boost.
