Worst IVs for Myrrh?

Finally got a Myrrh to replace my +Hp-Def and a Hector which I really hesitate to give her DC (considering that he's +Atk-Hp and that Vengeful Fighter is so much better).Alas this time she is-Atk+Res. Which one would you say is the worst? and should I sacrifice this Hector?
