Now the question is who to work on next? I know a few feathers are going to Reinhardt to 5 star the 4 star I pulled a little while ago, then Michalis, 2 Nino to give Blade to Cecilia and Bunmilla, and a Tharja to give Blade to Leo.

After that, who should I work next? Top candidates are
Nowi of whom I have 5, only one of which is 5 star (IVs are +Res/-Spd, +def/-Res, +Spd/-atk, and Neutral

Effie of whom I have 6, 1 of which is 5 star. +Res/-Spd is best. (Arena Assault scoring would be her main use)

Hana, of whom I have 12, only 2 of which are 4 stars. Best IVs are +Spd/-HP

Cordelia, of whom I have 6. Best IVs is +Spd/-HP using LnD with Firesweep.

F!Corrin, of whom I have 10, 4 of which are 4 star. Best IV is +Spd/-HP.

Also, can anyone tell me if the debug effect of Dark Breath works when you’re under attack, or only when you are attacking like Light Breath?

So who should I make my next project, after Rein and Michalis get their 5 stars and Cecilia, Bunmilla, and Leo get their times?

Lots of good choices but I pick Nowi, shes the best and a Dragon. Use the Neutral one ig.
And Dark Breath works all the time, when you attack and when you get attacked, as long as you hit the unit

From personal experience F! Corrin's debuff works both phases it's great! Btw your Fae has helped me a lot in lop sided VG matchups and her build inspires me to give aether to my Dragon projects!

If you are still at 19.5 tier you could work on another +10 to get a permanent home in tier 20(although the score spiked this week to 5030+ to stay). Out of those Nowi/Effie/Cordelia would be the best to work on depending on what you wanted to do with them. Nowi is a nice all around like Fae. Effie is a nice offensive blue to take care of reds for Fae(not a big fan of single armor on teams though). Cordelia like Effie is a offensive powerhouse, takes care of reds pretty easily, and you can run guidance as well. You could work on Hana as well since you do have Rein at the moment and he is easier to pull more of than Sigurd(which if I am remembering correctly was the red for the team). Otherwise projects and working on other heroes work to enjoy.

I pulled a pity breaker Sigurd and that Reinhardt. That'll get me to +6 on each of them along side my Fae. I don't think I'll have trouble staying in T20 now. The main reason the scores spiked this week is Zelgius. He can get a very high scoring set easily. Seriously, all I did was give him a dual rally and Close Def seal, and his score equaled my +3 H!Jakob who's holding Close Counter.

Proud of you guy! You've been working on her for awhile if these forums are any indication. She looks terrifying and hopefully she keeps getting better for some time to come.

Hoping I'll get to join you later this year with my first +10.

So far the consensus seems to be Nowi, so Nowi it is. I doubt I'll have trouble holding T20 anymore with Fae +10, Sigurd +6 and Reinhardt +5(soon to be +6) and that team, with the addition of Zelgius, no merge, got me 5,070 in Arena Assault, so can't complain about that.
