WoF Shigure?

I just pulled a -Atk +Spd WoF Shigure from the free summon on the TT banner, is he salvageable? (the 5*, not 4*)

I think I would use this one for fodder, or keep him till you get an ideal iv, since he is 4* you will get some better ones relatively quickly

You can, in a pinch, refine his Harmonic Lance+ to patch up the atk deficit. But otherwise, yeah. Keep him until you get an ideal boon/bane one.
