Without going into Arena scoring

Who are your top 5 unit's in and or going to get added to Grails

5. M.Marth: Being the easiest to get to +10 with requireing 450 grails if I'm not mistaken to +10 if you've obtained every free version, and both the bond and sealed Falchion's are both really good, I think Sealed will be extremely good once we get more Brazen seals especially Atk/Spd or Def/Res

4. Marisa: She doesn't have entirely much going for her as of now besides being able to be a good Speedy physical tank, hopefully she can get a prf weapon soon and a good refine that separates her from other popular sword units

3. NY.Corrin: I absolutely love his art my favorite of his alt's, out of all the units from the list in Grail's besides M.Marth, Corrin was the only other unit that I not only merged but also put the time in to giving him a good build

2. Arvis: With the addition of Eir and her C skill Arvis can be an absolute monster and great tank even when it comes to physical tanking, with him gaining 20 Hp every turn aslong as he has the lowest Hp lost. I even have a good build for him, tho I need me an Owain for the meme portion of the build

1. Aversa: Oh Aversa, loved her in Awakening, and love her now. Her tome is absolutely amazing, her art (besides that back pain she must have) looks great, a great Surtr counter, and a F2P Mage Flier what else is to love

1) Aversa. I'm a fan of AR and the amount of times she's given the middle finger to my opponent and won is ridiculous.

2) Small Azura. She's one of only two green mage dancers in the game so far. Inigo has put in a lot of work for me being a support unit and a blue/colourless counter. Azura can do the same.

3) F!Robin. Her weapon refine is great for support, and like small Azura, she's a blue/colourless counter.

4) Black Knight. A somewhat weaker version of Zelguis, but for F2P players. Literally all that needs to be said.

5) H!Dorcas. His weapon has a built-in Guard with no HP requirement. His greatest strength is giving it away to mixed bulk tanks.

I did want to say that both Arvis and Saias are great ployers, but I think Aversa does it better, despite having the adjacent ally requirement(As well as +3 more HP). M!Marth and Linus are great units as well. M!Marth gives you a neutral blank Lucina while Linus gives you a psudo-Raven. Both of which are great units when built up.

1. Aversa: agree with everything you said, except for her being a great Surtr counter. Surtr just has too much res, so she needs axebreaker (in which case, every red unit is a Surtr counter). But her tome is not only amazing, it's also a lot of fun. I am et +5 now, will be at +6 at the end of next season!

2. M. Marth: might be a bit bland, but Masked Marth has always been a favorite of mine as a F2P player. I think you're wrong about the grails; I can get her to +8 now without spending any, so I've obtained 9 versions with TT alone. Also, Sealed Falchion+double Brazen just annihilates the entire game. And MMarth is one of the few characters to actually get some use out of a Red Duel Infantry A-slot.

3. Winter Cecilia: I just like bulky characters that can use Close Counter very well. I also really like the fact that she can debuff everything by -7 (!), whilst still dishing out great damage.

4. Zephiel; also not that expensive (grailwise), as I can already +5 him (I think). also, built in DD is insane on a Wary Fighter unit, and he Panic Ploys everything bar Arden.

5. When all else fails, I will use my grails for F!Takumi. Has the best art ingame, and his weapon is so meme. Actually pretty decent in AR too (5 F!Takumi on AR defense??? better bring a healer...).

Tbh though, I will get Aversa up to +8 before spending Grails on anything else. Which means I still have 650 more to go after next weeks +6.

Some free advice; try to keep in mind that many GHB's got a rerun which usually nets you at least one more copy of said unit. It's a good idea to never go beyond +9 with a unit that hasn't had it's rerun yet, just to save the highest amount of Grails for the final merge.

1. Aversa has been my first pick ever since it was introduced and she wasn't even out yet on the grail roster then. She has wide applications in different game modes.

2. M.Marth Unfortunately I'm missing a few copies since I wasn't a day one player but she's got some pretty good utility with her as a dragon slayer and sustained tank for extended game modes.

3. W.Cecilia One of the best units to have CC on. Very useful in competitive modes because she can do a lot of things like stall and debuff without much worry about WTA.

4. F!Robin I like the utility brought about by her new refine. Support units are underrated and they bring about the best on your ace units.

5. W.Laegjarn She's coming up as a TT unit in the New Year and I've been a fan of her since her introduction. Out of all the Book 2 characters, she's the most well developed, followed closely by Helbindi.

1. M!Kana. He's such a fun unit, he doesn't have any bad stats and he is currently the most consistent of my Dragon Emblem units.

2. NY!Laegjarn. Character-wise, she's my favorite of all the OCs we've gotten so far. Plus, her art is gorgeous.

3. Aversa. Her prf is really interesting and between her middling base Spd and her prf, she could gain a lot from more merges.

4. LA!Eliwood. His evenly distributed stats weren't very appealing when he could only be merged to +1, but now that he can reach max merges he could really benefit from them. Fortunately, it means he has a lot more build flexibility now. Plus, I really want to work on a Lance Armor that isn't Ephraim and Hector, that isn't gravitating toward a particular build.

5. Linus, 'cuz he's hot.
