wisest banner to pull for ?

I was sniping for Lewyn when I got pity broken by Rhajat (that's the second time she pity breaks me smh). I would like to try to get Celica when the new refine banner will be released but I don't have many orbs left (34) and it might be in a near future so I don't really know what to do now.

Would it be wiser to keep on sniping for Lewyn even though my pity rate has gone down or should I wait for Celica ? Celica's appearence rate might be higher since she's already in the summoning pull but it would mean going through red hell.

Also, is Rhajat any good ? Mine is +Spd/-Def but I've already got good green mages (Nino and my +Spd/-Hp Summer Elise both seem to be better except for the wolf tome), if I can't get Lewyn because of her I would rather it to not be in vain.

Do you even need Lewyn, seeing that you already have three green offensive infantry mages (Nino, Elise, Rhajat)? Lewyn will join the regular summoning pool afterwards as well and he'll definitely appear on legendary and random banners in the future, so there is really no rush imho, unless he's your favorite character from his game, which is where logical arguments really don't help.

Celica on the other hand doesn't appear that often and the upcoming power banner will be a good chance to get her, because who knows when she'll be coming back. You also have to ask yourself whether you need her as well, i.e. do you have any good offensive red infantry mages?

Sometimes the best thing to do is to not summon at all.

Also, Rhajat is pretty good and can be built in a variety of ways instead of just going for the blade build, which doesn't even make sense if you have Nino already.

It depends on who you really want more. I mean, for Celica, you'll have the chance to collect more orbs than you have right now, so theoretically, you'll have a higher chance of getting her, but if you really, really want Lewyn, now is the best chance for you to summon him.

For Rhajat, that's a good Rhajat there. She's honestly not bad as a green mage, but others are better, Nino especially, since she's more available. She's perfectly usable though

Don't know about the best banner but Rhajat is a good mage to have around, even if only for AA. Keep her Distant Defense and add Vantage and she has no issues dealing with Brave Lyn and Reinhardt in the same turn. I use a +Atk, +6 in the Arena and she can kill Brave Hector which is also nice.
