Winter Weapon Upgrades

What are the best upgrades for the default weapons of Winter Lissa(Spd+/Def-), Winter Chrom(HP+/Def- and Atk+/Res-), and Winter Robin(Spd+/Res-)? I'm going to make some budget builds for them with mixing and matching some skills from their different sets.

Honest opinions are always appreciated.

Ok I know chrom does well with the +Def sack

Give that to the Atk+ one, I take it?

+Def for the +atk Chrom, +spd for Robin(speed equal to a Neutral Mia before buffs) Def for Lissa to patch up her bane.

Can definitely do the upgrade for Robin, but the others will have to wait until I get more refining stones. Used most of them on Winter Tharja's for Resistance+, Michalis' weapon for the extra damage from specials, Amelia for Defense+, and Speed+ for my HP+/Res- Nephenee.
