Winter Tharja's best merge boon?

Before the Winter's Envoy banner ends, I really want to try and make Winter Tharja into a +10 merged unit(highly unlikely, but worth a shot). Since it caps at +10, what is the best IV boon/bane to make into the final merge?

+atk/-spd since speed is her most disposable stat, but unfortunately since it's a super bane (-4 bane) you might wanna go for HP instead which is only -3 to her BST and it's easily patched up by the HP bonus from any refined weapon you give her.

So any boon with HP- instead of Spd-, got it.
